Mobile Pool Repair
Get in touch
The diagnostic is genuinely the fastest route, because your answers travel with the request.
Start with the diagnostic
Tell us what your equipment is doing. It takes a few quick questions, and everything you answer goes to the technician with your request — the symptom, which equipment it is, the brand if you know it, and what you have already ruled out.
That is not a funnel trick. A request that arrives with a pre-diagnosis attached genuinely gets answered better, because whoever picks it up already knows what they are dealing with.
It also means you may not need to contact us at all. A fair share of sessions end with "your breaker is off" or "your baskets are packed," and those are free.
What to have ready
None of this is required and you should not go hunting for any of it. Each one just saves a question later:
- Which piece of equipment seems to be the problem — the filter, pump, heater, cleaner, timer or whatever you would point at. "Not sure" is a real answer and a common one.
- The brand, if there is a name on it you can read from where you are standing.
- Photos — a close-up of the problem and a wider one showing the surrounding equipment.
- What you have already tried — cleaning, resetting, reprogramming, chemicals, a part someone already replaced. A fix that did not work rules something out, which is genuinely useful.
We do not ask for a model number. Finding one usually means moving equipment or crawling behind it, and a number written from memory is wrong often enough to send a technician after the wrong part. The brand and a photo get us there without any of that.

Outside those? Say so in the diagnostic and you will get a straight answer rather than a booking we cannot keep.
Tell us what it’s doing.
A few questions is usually enough to tell a five-minute fix from a real repair.
