Mobile Pool Repair
How it works
1. Tell us what it's doing
Not what you think is broken — what you can see and hear. The pump hums. The water isn't moving. There is water where there shouldn't be. That is enough to start.
The Pool Problem Finder asks one question at a time and takes just three questions. You can stop at any point and still get something useful out of it.
2. Get a straight answer, including the free ones
Some of what the finder catches you can fix yourself in five minutes: a tripped breaker, a timer that lost its schedule after an outage, a packed pump basket, a lid o-ring.
When that is the answer, that is the answer you get. Sending a technician out to reset a breaker is a good way to lose a customer permanently, and we would rather have the next call than this one.
3. If it is real, we arrive already briefed
Everything you answered goes to the technician before the visit — the symptom, the brand if you know them, any error code, and what you have already ruled out.
That does two useful things. Fewer questions on the driveway, and a materially better chance the right part is on the truck, because the diagnosis started before anyone left.
4. We diagnose before we replace
Measurement, in a deliberate order: cheapest and most likely causes ruled out first, expensive ones last. Parts get replaced because a reading says so, not because a part is the usual suspect.
You get told what we found, what we ruled out, and what we would do about it — including when the honest answer is that the equipment is fine and something else is going on.
What the business is
Equipment. Diagnosis, repair and installation of the machinery on your pad — pumps, motors, filters, salt systems, automation, valves and the plumbing between them.
That focus is why the truck carries parts, why the person who works out what failed is the person who puts it right, and why a diagnosis is the service rather than a preamble to selling you a component.
Tell us what it’s doing.
A few questions is usually enough to tell a five-minute fix from a real repair.
