About the Hayward Booster Pump 6060
Hayward's 6060 booster pump owner's manual (IS6060 Rev C) covers one model, the 6060, built for in-ground pressure cleaner systems. Its parts listing names one part number per item, with a 3/4 HP square flange motor.
Hayward also lists an optional hose kit for connecting the pump with flexible hose.

Hayward lists suction air leaks and cavitation, vibration from poor mounting, debris in the housing, and worn motor bearings, often from a seal leak.
Parts: Pump volute, Shaft seal assembly, Motor, 3/4 HP, square flange. Troubleshoot this
Repair or replace?
Most of these parts are replaceable on their own, which is why it matters which one has actually failed before anything is ordered. Whether a repair or a new pump makes more sense depends on what failed and the condition of the rest of the pump. Pool Pump Repair & Installation
